Twitter Brings Back “Official” Badge, Appears To Pause $8 Verification Program

Twitter on Friday said that it has reinstated the “official” badge given to some accounts, and appears to have paused the new $8 subscription, after a flood of fake accounts began spoofing corporations and notable individuals.

Fake accounts impersonated companies such as Eli Lilly, Nestle, Lockheed Martin, SpaceX and Musk’s Tesla.

For example:

Eli Lilly later apologized “to those who have been served a misleading message.”

Other accounts impersonated famous people:

On Sunday, Musk told Twitter users that engaging in impersonation without clearly noting it as a “parody” in the account name would lead to a permanent suspension without warning.

While some had disclosed it was a parody account in their description, several other fake brand accounts including that of Nintendo and BP were suspended.

CPI Report – Inflation on Food, Fuel, Home Heating and Essentials Continues Growing – Overall Inflation Moderation Now Claimed as Calendar Cycles

YoY inflation seems to be moderating at 7.7%, it’s a false premise. {Go Deep}

As expected, the energy-driven consumer inflation in the food sector has arrived. The proverbial field inflation is arriving at the fork, and the October CPI now shows the third wave of food price increases we had previously discussed.

Table 2 Details: Egg prices increased +10.1% last month and now 43% higher than last year. Butter +1.9% last month, 26.7% for year. Margarine +1.3% for month, 47.1% for year. Coffee +1.3% for the month, 15.6% for the year.

Heading into baking season we find flour +0.2% for the month, +24.6% for year.

On the energy front, home heating oil increased 19.8% in October and is now a whopping 68.5% higher than last October. Unleaded gasoline increased another 3.5% and now is now 20.9% higher than last year (Oct ’21), which was already 40% higher than January 2021.

Food, fuel, electricity, home heating and housing costs continue growing monthly, but give the illusion of moderating when compared to last year.

He recalled a 1,000-page report, which was released Friday by Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee and included testimonies from FBI whistleblowers detailing what they described as the DOJ’s “politicization.”
“We’re committed to getting after that as aggressively as we can, and doing it in a way that is consistent with the Constitution,” he remarked. “I will just tell you what our report said, because one of the whistleblowers came to us — and it was supported by others — that the FBI leadership — again, not rank-and-file agents — but the FBI leadership, and specifically the Washington Field Office, is rotted to its core.”
He continued, “That means you’ve got to have a major overhaul, and the way you do that in Congress is you show exactly how bad it was — that’s our job — and then, hopefully, by showing it, that pushes them back and gets them to throttle back all the crazy things they’re doing, and then you have to get a new president who will bring in the appropriate attorney general who’s willing to fix things up and clean things up.”
“We’re going to focus on it as much as we possibly can, because I think it’s just one of those fundamental issues to what America is really about.”
Jordan concluded by characterizing a partisan Justice Department as an existential threat to American greatness.

John Kerry announced Wednesday that the Biden administration and environmental nonprofits are creating a financial framework that will allow corporations to offset their emissions by buying “carbon credits” from developing nations.
The State Department will partner with the Bezos Earth Fund and the Rockefeller Foundation to reward developing countries with “marketable carbon credits” if they reduce CO2 emissions from their power sector or make investments in green energy, according to a department press release. In turn, corporations that are looking to offset their carbon emissions will be able to purchase such credits and the resulting money raised will be used to fund “clean” energy projects all over the world.

Proposition 1 has passed in California, as voters moved to enshrine a “right to abortion” in the California constitution following the Supreme Court’s decision to reverse Roe v. Wade in June.
“Proposition 1 changes the California Constitution to say that the state cannot deny or interfere with a person’s reproductive freedom and that people have the fundamental right to choose,” California’s Legislative Analyst’s office said.

Michigan Votes To Legalize Abortion Up To 24 Weeks Gestation

Michigan has voted to add an amendment to its state constitution by a margin of more than 10 points that will allow abortion up to 24 weeks, according to multiple outlets.
With 84% of votes counted, Fox 2 Detroit has Prop 3 passing with a 55.5% to 44.5% margin. The New York Times, with 85% of votes reported, has Prop 3 passing by the same margin.
Prop 3 would amend the Michigan state constitution to ensure that abortion is a constitutionally protected procedure. The measure only allows the state to regulate abortion after the unborn child reaches viability, at about 24 weeks gestation. Under Prop 3, the state is also not allowed to penalize doctors who perform abortions.

More Americans Can’t Afford Their Car Payments In Biden’s Economy, Analysts Say

Delinquency rates on U.S. auto loans hit their highest level in over a decade as low-income borrowers struggle with the end of pandemic era benefits programs and rising interest rates, CNBC reported Tuesday.
Roughly 200,000 auto loans reached 60-day delinquency after pandemic-era loan accomodation programs — intended to prevent those who were laid off during the pandemic from having their cars repossessed — lapsed this year, CNBC reported, citing data from credit agency TransUnion. An additional 100,000 remained in accommodations, contributing to the overall rate of 60-day delinquencies hitting 1.65%, according to TransUnion’s tracking of more than 81 million U.S. auto loans.

Inflationary pressures pushed the average cost of a new vehicle to $47,138 in September, up $2,600 compared to last year, while the average cost of a used vehicle jumped $2,500 to $30,566, CNBC reported. Average interest rates for both new and used car loans rose one percentage point to 5.2% and 9.7% compared to last year in the third quarter.

FBI Announces “Enhanced” Firearm Background Checks For Young Adults To Start Next Week

The FBI, through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) has announced that a mandatory wait period for 18–20-year-old legal adults, as enacted by the gun control known as Cornyn-Murphy or the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, will go into effect November 14, 2022.

Gun Owners of America reported on this issue in October 2022, when the FBI launched their Enhanced Background Checks for 18–20-year-olds in the state of Maine.
Those under the age of 21 will receive an initial delay that could last about two weeks. This delay is supposedly to allow the FBI to contact local law enforcement and check with state databases to enhance the background check system’s effectiveness. This is nothing but a way to make it more difficult for young adults to own firearms. It’s a mandatory wait period that anti-gunners have now added to a background check system that is broken well beyond repair.
The “enhanced background check” is in fact a mandatory delay or wait period on the purchasing of a firearm for those under 21 years old. Mandatory waiting periods put Americans’ constitutional rights on hold when they may be in the middle of a dangerous situation, whether that be a threat from someone they know, a dangerous period of rioting and looting, or any number of scenarios. Further, allowing local law enforcement tips and hearsay to result in the denial of a constitutional right would truly constitute an arbitrary and unconstitutional gun ban.

Judge extends Georgia county ballot deadline after failure to mail 1,000 absentee ballots

A judge has ordered a Georgia county to extend its deadline of absentee ballot receipts after county officials last week sent out hundreds of ballots that the election office had earlier failed to mail.
Officials in Cobb County, Ga., said late last week that they would mail out hundreds of absentee ballots after a county elections worker “did not employ any process” to ensure huge numbers of ballots were going out as ordered.
The county determined through an investigation that “1,046 requested absentee ballots were never mailed” prior to the election. The county said it mailed out around 275 ballots, including dozens to out-of-state addresses, and then urged several hundred more residents from that group “to vote in person on election day.”
On Monday, Cobb County Superior Court Judge Kellie Hill subsequently ordered the county to extend its receipt deadline for absentee ballots to next week, directing officials to allow ballots to still be counted so long as they arrived by Nov. 15.

DeSantis pushed back and told the feds they are not welcome in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

“We also understand you sent a similar letter to Palm Beach County. But Department of Justice monitors are not permitted under Florida law. Section 102.031(3)(a) of the Florida Statutes lists the people who “may enter any polling room or polling place.” Department of Justice personnel are not included on the list. Even if they could qualify as “law enforcement” under section 102.031(3)(a)6. of the Florida Statutes, absent some evidence concerning the need for federal intrusion, or some federal statute that preempts Florida law, the presence of federal law enforcement inside polling places would be counterproductive and could potentially undermine confidence,” the letter read, according to the Floridian Press.

James Zhong stole over $3 billion BTC from Silk Road by committing wire fraud and possibly faces over 20 years in prison in the latest U.S. seizure.

James Zhong, an exploiter who stole 51,680.32473733 BTC from Silk Road, has pleaded guilty to committing wire fraud in order to steal bitcoin from the dark web marketplace.
“James Zhong committed wire fraud over a decade ago when he stole approximately 50,000 Bitcoin from Silk Road,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said. “For almost ten years, the whereabouts of this massive chunk of missing Bitcoin had ballooned into an over $3.3 billion mystery.”
From 2011 until 2013, Silk Road served as a marketplace for users to obtain drugs anonymously, as well as other items not easily obtained through regulated marketplaces. In 2015, Silk Road’s founder Ross Ulbricht was arrested and sentenced to life in prison.

Quietly, the Fed Releases Its Financial Stability Report and Lines Up a Scapegoat

the Federal Reserve mailed out a link to its newly-released Financial Stability Report to folks who have signed up to get press releases from the Fed.
On the topic of derivatives, which remain the greatest risk at the mega banks on Wall Street, the word “derivatives” is mentioned just eight times in the report – with little clarity.
The paragraph provides a window into how the Fed is planning to spin the next financial meltdown to shift blame away from its own failed supervisory role of the mega banks.
“Disruptions to economic activity or financial markets abroad can affect the United States through several channels. A pullback in risk-taking worldwide may cause further declines in asset prices and tighter credit conditions abroad and in the United States. Some U.S. investors would incur losses on foreign exposures, and foreign financial institutions would likely reduce lending to U.S. businesses. Foreign investors could sell Treasury securities and other safe U.S. assets, potentially adversely affecting financial-market functioning and the transmission of monetary policy. Foreign official holders might sell reserves to defend home currencies, and private holders might sell Treasury securities in the context of a widespread surge in demand for dollar cash buffers. Broader pressure on large internationally active foreign banks could — if sufficiently severe — result in material spillover to U.S. financial stability through strains on dollar funding markets (in which foreign banks are large participants) and interconnectedness with U.S. banks, although the effects would be mitigated by the resilience and sound capitalization of the U.S. banking system. More generally, modern financial markets are interconnected, so stresses abroad could lead to strains in U.S. markets and challenges for U.S. financial institutions.”
The Fed wants Congress and the public to believe that it has followed the mandates of the Dodd-Frank financial reform legislation of 2010 and has reined in the risks of the mega banks that took down the U.S. economy in 2008. So the Fed writes: “…the resilience and sound capitalization of the U.S. banking system….” But the Fed also wants to have a scapegoat lined up to point the finger at when things blow up, so it adds: “More generally, modern financial markets are interconnected, so stresses abroad could lead to strains in U.S. markets and challenges for U.S. financial institutions.”
The simple question is why hasn’t the Fed used its regulatory powers to restrict and reform these tight linkages of interconnectedness. The Office of Financial Research has been warning federal regulators about this serious problem for at least the past seven years. I
The report specifically called out five banks – which, today, remain the largest holders of derivatives among U.S. banks:
“The larger the bank, the greater the potential spillover if it defaults; the higher its leverage, the more prone it is to default under stress; and the greater its connectivity index, the greater is the share of the default that cascades onto the banking system. The product of these three factors provides an overall measure of the contagion risk that the bank poses for the financial system. Five of the U.S. banks had particularly high contagion index values — Citigroup, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Goldman Sachs.”

Trump-Appointed Judge Issues Blow To NY Gun Restriction

A Trump-appointed judge issued a blow Thursday night to a New York State gun law that barred guns in places of worship.

The Democrat-led legislature in New York passed a series of laws in September aimed at restricting concealed carry after the Supreme Court overturned a statute requiring individuals to show “proper cause” in order to obtain a concealed carry permit. One such restriction barred firearms in places of worship and “sensitive” areas.
Two clerics and several gun rights organizations sued, asking for an injunction until the court could hear the merits of the case. Pastor Jimmie Hardaway of Trinity Baptist Church of Niagara Falls argued he used to conceal carry his firearm prior to the enactment of the worship ban for “self-defense” and would encourage parishioners to do the same. Hardaway contends he has been “stripped of the ability to keep the peace” and is “suffering diminished personal safety every time” he goes to church, according to the ruling.
U.S. District Judge John Sinatra Jr., issued an injunction blocking the law from taking effect, arguing the law violated the 14th amendment.
“The court reiterates that ample Supreme Court precedent addressing the individuals right to keep and bear arms – from Heller and McDonald to its June 2022 decision in Bruen – dictates that New York’s new place of worship restriction is equally unconstitutional,” Sinatra wrote.
“Legislative enactments may not eviscerate the Bill of Rights,” Sinatra wrote. “Every day they do is one too many.”
“The nation’s history does not countenance such an incursion into the right to keep and bear arms across all places of worship across the state. The right to self defense is no less important and no less recognized at these places.”

The United States does not believe that the additional weapons will alter the trajectory of the war.

Why would North Korea or Russia put any deliveries between them in jeopardy by transferring them via a third party far away from their areas of influence and operation?

Detroit Election Administrator Daniel Baxter also said the City of Detroit No Longer uses anything from Konnech
Detroit was neck deep in the Konnech election systems, a company that stored their data on China servers.
He also told Mr. Hartman that the city no longer uses anything from Konnech, an election software company whose CEO was recently arrested for allegedly storing poll worker data in China.

According to WDET– The City of Detroit canceled their contract with Konnech only days after he was arrested in Michigan as part of a Los Angeles Co.-based investigation.

Konnech had a five-year, $2.9 million contract with the county to administer poll worker assignments, communications and payroll. LA County prosecutors found that Konnech was storing information in China in violation of the agreement.

“Data breaches are an ongoing threat to our digital way of life,” LA District Attorney George Gascón said in a statement. “When we entrust a company to hold our confidential data, they must be willing and able to protect our personal identifying information from theft. Otherwise, we are all victims.”

Detroit had a similar contract with Konnech for the use of its PollChief software, which is said to have the ability to send mass letters, emails and phone calls to polling locations and record responses of election workers.

But now there are questions about the use of Konech systems in Detroit, Michigan elections.

The BLS reported today that the economy gained 261,000 new jobs last month:

A simplistic, superficial take of today’s jobs report would conclude that the red hot jump in nonfarm payrolls indicates a “strong hiring market” (just ignore the jump in the unemployment rate). Nothing could be further from the truth.

Consider the following: the closely followed Establishment survey came in above expectations at 261K, above the 195K expected, and down modestly from last month’s upward revised 319K…

…Alas, there is only so much the Department of Labor can hide under the rug because when looking at the abovementioned gap between the Household and Establishment surveys which we have been pounding the table on since the summer, it just blew out by a whopping 589K, the most since June’s 608K, as a result of the 261K increase in the number of nonfarm payrolls (tracked by the Household survey) offset by a perplexing plunge in the number of people actually employed which tumbled by 328K (tracked by Establishment survey).

What is even more perplexing, is that despite the continued rise in nonfarm payrolls, the Household survey continues to telegraph growing weakness, and as of Oct 31, the gap that opened in March has since grown to a whopping 2.3 million “workers” which may or may not exist anywhere besides the spreadsheet model of some BLS political activist!

Showing this another way, there were 158.5 million employed workers in March 2022… and 158.6 million in October 2022 an increase of just 150K, during a period in which the number of payrolls (which as a reminder is the number the market follows) reportedly increased by 2.5 million!

US debt servicing costs skyrocketed in Q3 as the rate shock propagated to the $31 trillion worth of federal debt, a number that continues to grow at a $1.5 trillion per year clip. Because of the high debt base, any small changes in average financing rate has a huge impact on ultimate debt costs to the government.
This number will only worsen as we continue to retire cheaper old debt and replace it with costlier new debt.
If the current ~4.5% average yield curve rate propagates to all $31 trillion worth of debt, we are looking at $1.4 trillion per year just in interest payments. This would be 29% of the 2022 FY total Federal tax receipt.

The success of investigations into Hunter Biden and of Republican oversight of the FBI could hinge on Tuesday’s midterm elections, in particular the outcome of reelection bids by Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI).

the FBI and bomb squad units were called after a “suspicious envelope” containing white powder was allegedly sent to the campaign headquarters of Kari Lake, the Republican candidate for Arizona governor.

Police say first responders were called at around 2 a.m. on Sunday to an office building near 40th Street and Camelback because of “suspicious items,” but did not confirm that it happened at Lake’s headquarters.

Transition to electric cars projected to cost EU over half a million jobs

The EU’s transition to electric cars may lead to a loss of 600,000 jobs across the bloc, the commissioner for the internal market, Thierry Breton, has warned.
The official was commenting on the bloc’s plan to require carmakers to achieve a 100% cut in carbon dioxide emissions by 2035, which would effectively ban the sale of new petrol- and diesel-fueled cars in the bloc.
“The European automotive sector employs 12.7 million people in one way or another, which represents 6.6% of all employment in the EU. The transition to electric cars will destroy hundreds of thousands of jobs, up to 600,000 across the EU,” Breton said in an interview with the Corriere della Sera news outlet, published on Friday.

World ‘plunging towards societal collapse’ as era of cheap money ends

The global economy is on the path to hyperinflation and risks societal collapse if soaring prices are not brought under control, one of the world’s biggest hedge funds has warned.
Elliott Management, the hedge fund founded by Wall Street billionaire Paul Singer, hit out at central bank rate-setters in an apocalyptic warning to clients as rate-setters bring the era of ultra-cheap money to an abrupt end.
The world economy faces an “extremely challenging” outlook and hyperinflation could result in “global societal collapse and civil or international strife”, the letter to clients said, the Financial Times reported. It said central banks have been “dishonest” in deflecting blame for the price surge from their prolonged use of ultra-loose monetary policy.
Elliott is one of the most influential hedge funds in the world and is feared in corporate boardrooms for its approach to investor activism.
Central banks are being forced into rapid interest rate rises to tackle inflation with the rate of price growth hitting double digits and a four-decade high in the UK.
Investors should not believe they have seen everything from previous financial crises, the letter warned. The sudden end to cheap money has “made possible a set of outcomes that would be at or beyond the boundaries of the entire post-WWII period”.

Judge Rejects Biden Administration’s Attempt to Block Depositions in Big Tech-Government Censorship Case

The Biden administration’s attempt to block depositions of several key officials was turned down Nov. 2 by a U.S. judge.
U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, a Trump appointee, rejected a request for a partial stay of his Oct. 21 order authorizing the depositions of eight officials, including President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Doughty ruled that the government failed to show how the officials would be irreparably harmed apart from referencing a diversion from “significant duties.” That didn’t meet the standard for showing irreparable harm, he said.
On the other hand, the plaintiffs, including the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, would be irreparably harmed by a partial stay because they’ve alleged a violation of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment and ‘The loss of First Amendment freedoms, even for minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury,’” Doughty said, quoting from a ruling in a separate case.
“The Court finds that both the public interest and the interest of the other parties in preserving free speech significantly outweighs the inconvenience the three deponents will have in preparing for and giving their depositions,” he added.
The depositions are scheduled to take place in early December. Fauci’s is slated for November, according to a notice made public by The Gateway Pundit, one of the plaintiffs.

Fed Chair Jerome Powell today, “Inflation remains well above our longer-run goal of 2 percent. Over the 12 months ending in September, total PCE prices rose 6.2 percent. Excluding the volatile food and energy categories core PCE prices rose 5.1 percent. And the recent inflation data again have come in higher than expected. Price pressures remain evident across a broad range of goods and services. Russia’s war against Ukraine has boosted prices for energy and food and has created additional upward pressure on inflation.” (source)
You can argue Powell’s points of demand side inflation all day long, it matters not. It’s nonsense. Take interest rates to 10%, or even eleven percent, and that will not stop inflation because demand is not creating it. Current inflation is a supply side issue, driven by a radical change in energy policy. I have made this case for well over a year, sooner or later people are going to have to stop believing the demand side nonsense.
As Powell himself noted, “with today’s action, we’ve raised interest rates by 3 ¾ percentage points this year,” and yet inflation hasn’t flinched. Why? Because there was no excess consumer demand to tame all year. Demand for consumer goods has been in a freefall since the fall of 2021, while the prices of those goods have remained on an upward trajectory because costs associated with producing them continue rising. That’s a supply side inflation issue, not demand – but Powell cannot admit it.
Ask yourself, or anyone else, this simple question:
...At what point in the process of raising interest rates does the price of gasoline, home heating, natural gas, electricity, diesel fuel or food start to drop?
How does a 15% federal interest rate lower food prices?

The White House tweeted that “seniors are getting the biggest increase in their Social Security checks in 10 years through President Biden’s leadership.”
Twitter added a fact check to the tweet, noting that while Seniors will receive an increase in their social security benefits, it’s “due to the annual cost of living adjustment, which is based on the inflation rate.”
“The size of Social Security checks is linked, by law, to inflation. This year’s increase is unusually big because the inflation rate is unusually big.”

Former President Richard Nixon signed a law into place in 1972 that granted automatic benefit adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index.
Inflation increased 0.4% in September from August while core inflation rose 6.6% year-over-year.

The narrative shift is dramatic, and it’s almost as if the media is now preparing markets as well as the public for tightening to continue for far longer than they initially expected. But why the sudden change in tone?
From 1972 to 1980 the US witnessed a stagflationary avalanche that resulted in the Fed eventually raising interests rates to 20%. This led to the recession of 1981-1982 and an unemployment rate of around 11%. The effects of the recession persisted through the rest of that decade.
At that time, the stagflation crisis was triggered primarily by the complete removal of the US dollar from the gold standard by Richard Nixon and the Fed. The Fed claimed that the move was designed to “stop inflation”, which makes little sense given that removing all commodity backing to the dollar resulted in a historic stagflationary crisis only a few years later.
It’s important to note that in the 1980s the country had not just witnessed tens of trillions of dollars in fiat stimulus created by the central bank on top of a doubling of the national debt in the span of eight years. In other words, the economic conditions today are much worse than they were back then.
Another event in which the Fed raised interest rates aggressively into economic weakness was in the early years of the Great Depression, which Milton Friedman argued was the actual cause of the long term crisis. In 2002, Ben Bernanke agreed with him.
The point is, the Fed has done all of this before and it has no reluctance about engineering a recession or even a depression in the face of inflation. The greater threat, though, is that none of these measures will actually create stability. Rather, they may only lead to greater instability given the unprecedented factors involved. Furthermore, the media either doesn’t understand or doesn’t want to talk about the Fed’s culpability for the existing crisis.

North Korean missile barrage included at least 23 launches, South’s military says

North Korea fired at least 23 missiles off its eastern and western coasts Wednesday, triggering air raid sirens on a South Korean island and a corresponding military response from Seoul.

Is a 25th Amendment removal in Joe Biden’s future?

So how would a 25th Amendment removal work? The amendment was proposed by Congress in 1965 and ratified by the states in 1967. While Article II, Section I, Clause 6 of the U.S. Constitution says the vice president will assume the “powers and duties” of the presidency in the event of the president’s “inability” to serve, it doesn’t define what inability means. President Eisenhower had a number of health issues, so he and then-Vice President Nixon worked out an arrangement for when Nixon might need to take charge.
After the assassination of President Kennedy in 1963, Congress added more specificity to the Constitution’s conditions and process for transferring power, hence the 25th Amendment.
The amendment has four sections. The first reaffirms that the vice president becomes president upon the death or resignation of the president. The second provides for replacing the vice president if that office becomes vacant. The third section lays out how the president can voluntarily transfer power to the vice president, such as if the president is very sick or undergoing a medical procedure.
The fourth section is the only one that has never been implemented. It provides for the involuntary replacement of the president when the “Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments [i.e., the Cabinet] or of such other body as Congress may by law provide” determine that the “President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”
if Democratic leaders feel Biden isn’t up to running again, they could use the 25th Amendment provision as leverage to get him to agree.
But the day may be coming when the country will have to turn to Section 4 of the 25th Amendment for the good of the nation.

Germany Is Dismantling A Wind Farm To Make Way For A Coal Mine

A wind farm is being dismantled in western Germany to make way for an expansion of an open-pit lignite coal mine in a “paradoxical” situation highlighting the current prioritization of energy security over clean energy in Europe’s biggest economy.
The dismantling of at least one wind turbine at the wind farm close to the German coal mine Garzweiler, operated by energy giant RWE, has already started. RWE says that lignite, or brown coal, has been mined from the Garzweiler coalfields for over 100 years.
RWE also said at the end of September that three of its lignite-fired coal units that were previously on standby would return to the electricity market on schedule in October.
“The three lignite units each have a capacity of 300 megawatts (MW). With their deployment, they contribute to strengthening the security of supply in Germany during the energy crisis and to saving natural gas in electricity generation,” RWE said last month.

2 Catastrophic Things Are About to Happen to Our Supply Chain in November

we’re facing a new challenge in what can only be described as a looming transportation collapse. Two things are slated to happen within the next month that could make what we’ve experienced so far look like a walk in the park.

1.) We have 25 days of diesel fuel left.

2.) Biden has failed to come to an agreement with rail workers’ unions, and a strike could start as soon as November 19th.

Let’s take a closer look at each of these factors.
The diesel fuel shortage
The diesel fuel shortage that is looming could be absolutely catastrophic. The fuel of trucks, trains, and ships – this could put a real kibosh on the transit of goods. What’s more, the diesel shortage also affects home heating fuel.

If we actually run out of diesel fuel, the result on our supply chain would be catastrophic. We could expect shelves to empty and cargo ships to divert from America to places that have a better chance of delivering the goods. What’s more, prices would skyrocket on any good that has to be transported – which is basically all of them. If you can find it at all, it will cost significantly more.

The potential rail strike
Next, we have the possibility of a rail strike. This crisis was narrowly averted back in September when Biden and union representatives reached a tentative agreement. At the time, Biden hailed it as “an important win” for the American people, but it looks like the win was only a temporary kicking of the can.

UN Team Is Inspecting Ukrainian Sites For Traces Of Alleged ‘Dirty Bomb’

The UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Rafael Grossi on Tuesday confirmed that a team of weapons inspectors is on the ground in Ukraine examining sites that Russia recently named in connection to an alleged Ukrainian ‘dirty bomb’ plot.

The letter alleged that Ukrainian technicians “received direct orders from Zelenskyy’s regime to develop such a dirty bomb.” Kiev and its Western backers quickly condemned the claims as “transparently false”.
According to the IAEA’s Grossi, “inspections had begun at two locations in Ukraine and would soon be completed. The inspections had been requested by Kyiv in the wake of the Russian allegations,” according to The Associated Press.
The UN agency had on Sunday described the mission as follows: “The purpose of the safeguards visits is to detect any possible undeclared nuclear activities and material.”

Inflation in the eurozone, the subset of 19 European Union nations that use the euro as their national currency, blew past expectations in October, setting records as the continent is pummeled by an energy crisis driven by the war in Ukraine, according to an early estimation by the EU’s official statistics body, Eurostat.
Consumer prices soared in October, growing 10.7% compared to last year, the highest level since eurozone inflation was first measured in 1997, The Wall Street Journal reported. Inflation was expected to rise to 10% in October, up from 9.9% in September, according to a survey of economists conducted by the WSJ. Energy prices skyrocketed, up 42% on an annual basis in October, while food, alcohol and tobacco rose by 13.1%, Eurostat reported. Joe Biden on Monday will raise the possibility of imposing a ‘windfall tax’ on energy companies, as his administration aims to combat high gas prices just days before the midterm elections.

The White House said Biden will deliver remarks to respond ”to reports over recent days of major oil companies making record-setting profits even as they refuse to help lower prices at the pump for the American people.” A person familiar with the matter said Biden will float imposing a tax on the profits of energy companies, as he seeks to pressure them to lower prices for consumers. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity to preview Biden’s remarks.

Congress would have to approve any additional taxes on the energy producers — which would be a tall order in the current Congress where Democrats have narrow control of the House and Senate, and even less likely should Republicans retake one or both chambers on Nov. 8.

The Mainstream media is trying to claim that David DePape is a conservative who broke into the Pelosi home in San Francisco in an attempt to assault the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The problem is the websites cited by the mainstream media that were supposedly aligned with DePape were scraped on Friday and they were no longer active Saturday.
The site Godisloving.wordpress.com was scraped on Friday and shut down on Saturday. The other site listed, www.frenlyfrens.com/blog is no longer active as well. It too was shut down on Saturday. The only activity reported on the Wayback Machine on this site was on Friday and Saturday as well.
Now we know more about the sites. The Frenlyfres.com website shows attributed to David DePape but at an Alabama address.

The Godisloving.wordpress.com website is registered via the same company DomainsByProxy that is listed on the CityVisions.com website at 1822 Shasta Street which is the address listed on FrenlyFrens website.

It is unreasonable to believe that David DePape, who lived on the streets, was able to put together a website that mandates that users create an account before they could enter his site.
So who created these websites? More shocking connections coming.

Big Brother’s Playbook

DHS efforts to curb “dangerous” speech

The federal government’s guidelines to counter “misinformation” and “disinformation” – what we might more accurately describe as Big Brother’s Playbook – has been released. The US government and its allies, including media gatekeepers and educational institutions and global corporations, have become the judges and juries of “misinformation.”
And Big Tech is their executioner.
According to recently-filed court documents in Missouri v. Biden that were made available by The Intercept (big hat tip to Lee Fang and Ken Klippenstein), “The Department of Homeland Security is quietly broadening its efforts to curb speech it considers dangerous.”

We’ve highlighted the key points of these court documents with screenshots below. Read it all – it’s especially relevant to the 2022 and 2024 elections.

DHS is “directly engaging with social media companies to flag MDM” (MDM is defined as mis-information, dis-information, and mal-information). It is doing so “Ahead of midterm elections in 2022” and is readying its efforts with eyes focused on 2024:

DHS is questioning how to “inspire innovators to partner with the government” without this “being seen as government ‘propaganda’”.

The “rapid response team would need to surge for short periods of time around elections.”

It recognizes the system’s vulnerabilities to what it considers disinformation: “The spread of false and misleading information poses a significant risk to critical functions like elections, public health, financial services, and emergency response.”

The DHS focus on disinformation isn’t limited to elections. It is recommended to focuses on misinformation “that undermines critical functions carried out by other key democratic institutions, such as the courts, or by other sectors such as the financial system, or public health measures.”

DHS has recognized four specific dimensions of disinformation to counter. It is recommended to: (1) Build a society resilient to misinformation/disinformation; (2) Proactively address anticipated misinformation/disinformation threats; (3) Rapidly responding to emergency or persistent informational threats; and (4) Countering actor-based threats.
The DHS plan would “provide financial support” to non-governmental partners who counter “false and misleading narratives.” In other words, US government contractors who would receive funding to suffocate anti-government narratives.

Then there was the disclosure of e-mails between the tech platforms and the Biden Administration discussing the flagging or removal of content that questioned COVID-19 vaccines.

E-mails from HHS to marketing contractors and Google to hide videos of CDC Director Rochelle Walensky due to having an “accuracy issue.”

Fuel company issues diesel shortage alert in North Carolina, South Carolina

A major company that tracks the availability of fuel issued an alert for a diesel fuel shortage in the Southeastern United States, including North and South Carolina.

The alert from Mansfield Energy also includes Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Maryland. The fuel supply and logistics company noted “extremely high prices in the Northeast along with supply outages along the Southeast.”

The risk of myocarditis is 800 times higher for vaccinated than unvaccinated young adults, according to a recent Swiss study that is now gaining traction in the press.
The results were based on the presentation by Prof. Christian Mueller (Basel, Switzerland) at the European Society of Cardiology Congress in August 2022: “Myocardial Inflammation/Myocarditis After COVID-19 mRNA Booster Vaccination.” According to the presentation at the conference:

Prior to this study, there were no prospective data on post-vaccination myocardial lesions during vaccination with an mRNA vaccine. Only the most serious hospitalized myocarditis have been reported, mainly affecting men under 18 years of age.
The actual incidence of post-vaccination myocardial lesions is 2.8% vs 0.0035% of myocarditis in retrospective studies
Myocardial lesions affect women more — contrary to what is described in previous studies.
The possibility of repeated doses of vaccine in order to maintain effective vaccination coverage should lead to great caution regarding possible repeated myocardial lesions and their impact on possible cardiovascular complications.

The researchers then reveal how they conducted their study.
“A total of 835 patients were included, including 777 who received troponinemia assay on D3, among these patients 40 had increased troponinemia,” the researchers note. “In 18 of them, causes other than the vaccine were identified that could explain the elevated troponinemia, and in the remaining 22 no cause other than the vaccine was implicated. The population studied was mainly composed of women (69%), the average age was 37 years and the patients overwhelmingly received their 3rd dose ( 92%). Less than 2% of them had a cardiovascular history.”

YouTube announced a new policy Thursday that will allow “healthcare information providers” to be certified in an effort to combat misinformation.
“YouTube Health has been working on additional ways to help doctors, nurses, mental health professionals and healthcare information providers to bring high quality health information into the spaces that people visit throughout their day – like their favorite video-sharing app,” Dr. Garth Graham, global head of YouTube Health, said in a blog post.
Certain medical professionals and health information providers will be eligible to apply for specific YouTube Health features, Graham wrote, adding that users of the platform would be able to identify “authoritative sources” to more easily evaluate information on topics surrounding health.

Those applying for the certification must provide their medical license, follow “best practices” criteria for health information sharing set by the Council of Medical Specialty Societies (CMSS), the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and have an account in good standing with YouTube while meeting other criteria.
YouTube announced guidelines aimed at cracking down on “vaccine misinformation” in September 2021, specifically stating that those who called WHO-approved vaccines “dangerous” or “ineffective” would be targeted. The site’s policies specifically prohibit contradicting the WHO on “vaccine safety, efficacy, and ingredients.”

U.S. GDP Grows 2.6% in Third Quarter Driven by Energy Exports and Declining Goods Imports, While Domestic Economy Shrinks

The topline of a third-quarter GDP at +2.6% looks good [DATA HERE]. However, even a cursory look into the numbers shows alarm. The domestic U.S. economy, as measured by Main Street creating goods and services for domestic consumption, contracted in the third quarter.
The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) calculation is a valuation of all goods and services created within the economy, minus the value of goods and services imported. However, even a cursory look under the topline number shows how the import/export dynamic creates the illusion of economic growth.
In the third quarter we exported hundreds of billions worth of energy products, including massive liquified natural gas (LNG) sales to Europe, and oil sales to the global market from the strategic petroleum reserve. We also sold billions in weapons to Europe. Those sales are calculated as exports, lifting the GDP number (Table 1). At the same time, imports of durable goods into the United States collapsed; meaning less was deducted from the GDP. The net import/export impact on the GDP dynamic was +2.77% (Table 2).
Meaning the third-quarter import/export dynamic alone contributed 2.7% growth to the percentage of change for the prior period. However, the total GDP only rose 2.6%, because the actual economic value created domestically got smaller. We made less internally, sold less internally and consumers purchased less internally.
You can see the import/export dynamic in whole dollars within Table 1:
TABLE 1 – We exported 17.2% more goods in the third quarter than in the second quarter (that’s mostly energy sales and food sales to the global market). We imported 8.7% less goods in the third quarter than the second quarter. That’s mostly the drop in companies ordering products from overseas for sales in the United States. Companies imported less because inventories climbed as consumers stopped purchasing durable goods and non-essentials.

Table – 2 (modified for clarity) shows us the impact or contribution from the import/export dynamic:

PayPal effectively called it ‘misinformation’ when users got a hold of its user agreement that it would fine users $2,500 per violation directly from their accounts with no due process.
Numerous ‘fact checkers’ posted misleading ‘fact checks’ about PayPal, adding to the irony, based only on a statement by the corporation denying the fines, and saying the revised terms of service were posted in error.

So, all of these fact checkers are misleading their readers by leaving up these ‘fact checks,’ given that the user agreement as of October 27 clearly states that PayPal will fine users for ‘misinformation.’ (No word yet on if PayPal plans to fine Snopes or Reuters.)

A Washington state judge on Wednesday fined Facebook parent company Meta nearly $25 million for repeatedly and intentionally violating campaign finance disclosure law, in what is believed to be the largest campaign finance penalty in U.S. history.

The penalty issued by King County Superior Court Judge Douglass North was the maximum allowed for more than 800 violations of Washington’s Fair Campaign Practices Act, passed by voters in 1972 and later strengthened by the Legislature. A paper supply crunch is testing the preparedness of U.S. election officials and exposing a key vulnerability in America’s democratic process as midterm voting gets underway.

The 2022 election cycle will use an estimated 30 million pounds of paper, according to industry experts. Soaring demand and a shortage of manufacturers during the pandemic have pinched national stockpiles, leaving little room for error.

“We’re all just collectively crossing our fingers and hoping that the supply chain works just fine,” said Ricky Hatch, county clerk and election administrator for Weber County, Utah.

The biggest concern is editing mistakes or last-minute changes to a local ballot requiring a large-scale reprint. “That’s when the [shortage] could manifest itself,” Hatch said.

Ron DeSantis’ new election crimes unit has recommended state police open a full criminal investigation into a Democrat whistleblower’s detailed complaint of a long-running, widespread ballot harvesting operation in the African-American communities in politically important central Florida.

Homeless public school students increased in the 2021-2022 school year as the city of New York sees a decline in enrollment, according to data from Advocates for Children of New York.
The number of homeless students in the last year increased 3.3% to more than 104,000 students, according to data released Wednesday by Advocates for Children of New York. The report comes as enrollment in schools operated by the New York City Department of Education (NYDOE) dropped 83,656 students after the 2019-2020 school year. “If these 100,000 children made up their own school district, it would be a district larger than 99.5% of all other districts nationwide,” Advocates for Children of New York Executive Director Kim Sweet said in a press release. “While the city works to address the underlying issue of homelessness, we also must ensure that students who are homeless get to class every day and receive the targeted supports they need to succeed in school.”

While most of the corporate media is saying Ye is off his meds, his comments about the CIA aren’t actually crazy.
Back in the mid-1960s, Disney hired Paul Helliwell a CIA operative who had a previous history of running shady deals in South East Asia, and William Donovan who was the head of the OSS which would later turn into the CIA.
Disney hired the CIA operatives to run a disinformation campaign in order to buy a bunch of land in Florida which would later turn into Disney World.
Helliwell and Donovan’s job was to create a bunch of shell corporations to buy property because if residents ever found out Disney was buying their land then the acre value would go through the roof.

CIA operative Paul Helliwell would even go as far as helping Disney World make its own district called the Reedy Creek Improvement District in order to have tax privileges and its own private government.

REPORT: Sen. Bob Menendez Under DOJ Investigation For Corruption

The Department of Justice is reportedly investigating Democratic New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez for corruption, five years after a jury deadlocked on similar charges, according to Semafor.
The DOJ’s Southern District of New York is conducting an investigation into whether or not Menendez improperly accepted gifts, according to Semafor. The senator faced a 14 count indictment that included several counts of bribery and honest services fraud in 2017. A jury deadlocked on the charges, leading to a mistrial, and prosecutors declined to bring the charges a second time.

Russia to Call for UN Investigation of US Biolabs in Ukraine

Russia will urge the UN Security Council to “set up a commission consisting of all members of the Security Council to investigate into the claims against the US and Ukraine contained in the complaint of the Russian Federation regarding the compliance with obligations under the [Biological Weapons] Convention in the context of the activities biological laboratories in the territory of Ukraine,” and present a report by 30 November 2022.
In June, the Pentagon acknowledged the US supported “46 civilian laboratories and health care centers in Ukraine over the past 20 years as part of peaceful programs” in a “Fact Sheet on WMD Threat Reduction Efforts with Ukraine, Russia and Other Former Soviet Union Countries.“

“Ukraine has no biological, nuclear or chemical weapons programs,” the Pentagon stated.

In May, the Russian Defense Department claimed that Democrats in the US partnered with pharma companies and foundations led by George Soros and Bill Gates to set up bioresearch in Ukraine, using the project to generate additional funding for elections.

The US government set up a way to fund the military bio-research directly from the federal budget, but also used government guarantees to raise funds from “non-governmental organizations controlled by the leadership of the Democratic Party,” said Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov.

These organizations include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Clinton Foundation, George Soros’s Open Society and investment funds, the Rockefeller Foundation, the EcoHealth Alliance, and Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners, Kirillov claimed.

The Daily Mail published emails from the “Laptop from Hell” linking Hunter Biden to the Ukrainian biolabs.

I concur. The situation around Pence was odd, but for us to assume that Pence was a Deep State plant, that would insinuate Trump’s intelligence about Pence was false, and thus White Hats made a catastrophic decision on the 2nd in line in the Presidency and heavily compromised the fate of the world.
Which, if there is a plan, simply would not happen.
He’s certainly playing a role, because if he were Deep State, he woulda been singing like a Canary by now.
