Passaic County man admits participating in fentanyl conspiracy

NEWARK, N.J. – Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s New Jersey Division, Susan A. Gibson, and U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, announced a Passaic County, New Jersey, man today admitted conspiring to distribute fentanyl and distributing a quantity of fentanyl.

Chicago man sentenced to 20 years in prison for methamphetamine charges

HAMMOND, Ind. – Robert J. Bell, Special Agent in Charge, DEA Chicago Division, and United States Attorney Thomas L. Kirsch II announced that Jesus Lopez, 42 years old, of Chicago, Illinois, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge James T. Moody after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Twelve arrested in North Sound drug trafficking organization

Car stop in Kansas uncovered fentanyl, heroin

WICHITA, KAN. – A California man pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court in Wichita to trafficking in fentanyl and heroin, in a case investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration St. Louis Division, along with the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Drug delivery man handed 27-year sentence for selling meth

Lengthy federal prison sentences for Kokomo, Indiana drug traffickers

CHICAGO – Special Agent in Charge Robert J. Bell, DEA Chicago Division, announced that Michael O’Bannon, 36, Kokomo, Indiana, and Shaun Myers, 38, Kokomo, Indiana were recently sentenced for their role in a large drug trafficking ring that operated in Kokomo, Indiana. O’Bannon was sentenced to 450 months in federal prison and Myers was sentenced to 300 months in federal prison.

Utica men sentenced for drug trafficking conspiracy

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Abner Peralta, 31, and Luis Colon, 35, both of Utica, New York, were sentenced today in federal court in Utica after previously being found guilty after trial of drug trafficking charges. Peralta was sentenced to serve 60 months in federal prison, followed by a 4-year term of supervised release and forfeiture of $650.00. Colon was sentenced to time served.

Nineteen indicted in cartel-connected drug trafficking conspiracy

SEATTLE - Fifteen people were arrested today throughout the Puget Sound region and in California following an 18-month investigation of a drug trafficking organization tied to the CJNG cartel in Mexico.  Defendants arrested today made their initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Seattle.
