Essex County Man Admits Drug Conspiracy and Distribution of Crack

NEWARK, N.J. – Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration Susan A. Gibson and Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Rachael A. Honig announced an Essex County, New Jersey, man today admitted distributing and conspiring with others to distribute more than 28 grams of cocaine base.

Man Sentenced to 110 Months for Distributing Methamphetamine in Sauk County, Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. – Robert J. Bell, Special Agent in Charge Drug Enforcement Administration – Chicago Division and Timothy M. O’Shea, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Timothy Savannah, 29, Waupun, Wisconsin, was sentenced on April 21, 2021 by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to 110 months in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine. Savannah pleaded guilty to this charge on February 2, 2021.

Several Million Dollars’ Worth of Narcotics Including Fentanyl Seized in Mount Vernon

WHITE PLAINS, NY – Several million dollars’ worth of opiates and other narcotics, including what is alleged to be fentanyl, was seized last week in Mount Vernon following a joint investigation by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s New York Drug Enforcement Task Force, New Jersey State Police and the Westchester District Attorney’s Office.

Fitchburg Man Sentenced to 63 Months for Fentanyl Trafficking

BOSTON –  DEA New England Division Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle and Acting United States Attorney Nathaniel R. Mendell announced that Sebastian Batista, 27, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock to 63 months in prison and four years of supervised release.

Residents of Davis, Sacramento and Roseville Indicted for International Drug Trafficking

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A federal grand jury returned a two-count indictment today against Parampreet Singh, 55, of Davis; Ranvir Singh, 38, of Sacramento; and Amandeep Multani, 33, of Roseville, charging them with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute at least 5 kilograms of cocaine, at least 1 kilogram of a mixture containing heroin, opium, and ketamine, Acting U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.

Leesburg Men Indicted on Methamphetamine Charges

OCALA, Fla. -  A federal grand jury returned of an indictment charging Kenneth Wayne Pea, Jr. (39) and Travis Ramone Williams (37), both of Leesburg, with possession of 500 grams or more of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.  Pea is also charged with distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.  If convicted, Pea and Williams face a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years, and up to life, in federal prison.
